Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on most unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and hardware included.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

All products sold by Stasy’s Art 2.0 carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer:

Installation Warranty
For projects installed by Stasy’s Art 2.0, we provide a 2-year workmanship warranty covering all labor and materials used in the installation. This is in addition to the manufacturer product warranty. Our installation warranty covers:
- Wiring connections and junction quality
- Fixture mounting and alignment
- Controls programming and commissioning
- Circuit breaker and panel work
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Our team will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to process replacements or repairs as quickly as possible. Most warranty claims are resolved within 5-10 business days.
