1. Products & Pricing

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. B2B accounts may be eligible for tax-exempt purchasing with valid documentation.
2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when the product ships.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. Approved B2B accounts may use purchase orders with Net-30 or Net-60 payment terms.
Late Payment: B2B accounts with overdue invoices may be subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee and suspension of credit privileges until the balance is settled.
3. B2B Accounts
Business accounts provide access to wholesale pricing, payment terms, and dedicated account management. To qualify, you must provide valid business credentials including a business license, tax ID, or contractor license. We reserve the right to approve or deny B2B applications at our discretion.
B2B pricing is confidential and intended for the account holder’s business use only. Reselling products purchased at B2B pricing to end consumers without authorization is prohibited.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, delivery timeframes, and policies are detailed on our Shipping Information page. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Warranty

6. Installation Services
Installation services are provided under separate service agreements. All installation work is performed by licensed, insured electricians and includes a 2-year workmanship warranty. Service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions discovered during installation.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the job site is accessible and safe for our technicians. Any permits required for electrical work will be obtained by Stasy’s Art 2.0 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Stasy’s Art 2.0 Inc or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
